1. Bookings
1.1 How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking via our website or through an authorised third-party booking platform or Online Travel Agent (OTA). All bookings are subject to availability and to our Hotel Terms and Conditions.
1.2 When is my booking confirmed?
For direct bookings, your booking is confirmed once the booking process has been completed, full payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued by us. For bookings made through a third-party platform or OTA, your booking will be confirmed in accordance with that platform’s booking process and terms.
1.3 Can I amend my booking?
Any request to amend a booking, including changes to dates, guest details or length of stay, is subject to availability and may be accepted or refused by us at our discretion. Additional charges, administration fees and/or greater rate differences may apply. Please also refer to our Cancellation Policy for further details.
2. Payments
2.1 When do I need to pay?
All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
2.2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept valid credit and debit cards through our approved payment methods and payment providers, including payment by link and, where applicable, bank transfer. Available payment methods may vary depending on the booking channel and the type of booking. All payments must be properly authorised, and the person making the booking must be authorised to use the relevant payment method.
2.3 Do you store card details?
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and the relevant payment provider terms for further information about the handling of payment information.
2.4 Do I need to present my payment card on arrival?
Yes. The named Lead Guest must present the physical payment card used for the booking for verification purposes on arrival. For pre-authorisation, the same card or another physical card in the Lead Guest’s own name, which is acceptable to us upon arrival, may be used. If the required physical card is not presented, we may, at our discretion, accept a £100 cash damage deposit as an alternative. If neither is provided, we may refuse check-in or decline the booking.
3. Cancellations
3.1 What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are governed by our Hotel Terms and Conditions and our separate Cancellation Policy. Bookings are generally made on a strictly pre-paid, non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable basis, subject to any rights a guest may have under applicable law. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for full details.

3.3 What happens if I cancel or do not arrive?
If you cancel, fail to arrive, are treated as a no-show, shorten your stay, depart early, or are unable to check in because you do not comply with our Hotel Terms and Conditions, the full Booking Amount may remain payable and may be retained by us in accordance with our Hotel Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
4.1 What time is check-in?

All luggage is left entirely at the guest’s own risk, and the Hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to left luggage.
5. During Your Stay

Our own Terms and Conditions will still apply to your stay at the Hotel.
7.2 Do your Terms and Conditions still apply if I booked through an OTA?
