Cancellation Policy
Tudor Court Hotel Paddington
CDKG Limited — Company Registration No. 07941515 | Registered in England & Wales
This Cancellation Policy (“Cancellation Policy”) applies to your (“Guest”, “you” or “your”) booking with, and stay at, Tudor Court Hotel Paddington, owned and operated by CDKG Limited (Company Number 07941515) (“Hotel”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) and sets out the terms on which cancellations, amendments, no-shows and any related charges or refunds will be dealt with.
Unless expressly defined otherwise in this Cancellation Policy, capitalised terms used in this Cancellation Policy shall have the meanings given to them in the Hotel Terms and Conditions (“Hotel Terms”).
This Cancellation Policy shall be read together with, and forms part of, the Hotel Terms, all of which shall continue to apply in full. All other provisions of the Hotel Terms relating to cancellation, no-shows, amendments, charges, refunds, refusal of check-in and any other consequences arising in connection with a cancelled or affected Booking shall apply in addition to this Cancellation Policy.
1. Cancellations
Subject to any rights the Guest may have under applicable law, all Bookings are made on a strictly pre-paid, non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable basis.
Once a Booking has been made and confirmed, the Guest shall have no right to cancel the Booking, obtain a refund, transfer the Booking to another person, or require any change to the dates of stay, save where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
If a Guest cancels a Booking at any time, does not travel, fails to arrive on their designated arrival date, is treated as a no-show, shortens their stay after arrival, departs early, or is unable to check in or continue their stay because they fail to comply with the Hotel Terms, the full Booking Amount shall remain due and payable and shall be forfeited.
Without limitation to the above, no refund, credit, rebate, reduction or compensation shall be due where:
- the Guest elects not to use all or any part of the Booking;
- the Guest arrives after the scheduled check-in date or after the Booking has been treated as a no-show;
- the Guest departs before the scheduled check-out date;
- the Guest is refused check-in because they fail to satisfy our requirements relating to identification, payment card verification, pre-authorisation, age, occupancy or security;
- the Guest is required to leave, or the Booking is cancelled or terminated by us, as a result of the Guest’s conduct or breach of the Hotel Terms; or
- the Guest is unable or unwilling to travel or stay due to personal circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, family circumstances, visa issues, missed transport, or change of plans.
2. Amendments and Transfer
Any request by the Guest to amend a Booking — including any request to change the dates of stay, reduce or extend the duration of the stay, substitute guest names, or otherwise vary the Booking — may be accepted or refused by us at our sole discretion. Where we agree to any amendment, such amendment shall be subject to:
- availability at the time of the request;
- payment of any applicable administration fee;
- payment of any difference in rate where the amended booking attracts a higher price; and
- any additional terms notified by us at the relevant time.
A Booking may not be assigned, transferred, re-sold or otherwise disposed of by the Guest without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to refuse any purported transfer or substitution of Guests, including where the Lead Guest named on the Booking will no longer be staying at the Hotel.
Where a Booking is made through an online travel agent (OTA) or other third-party platform, the relevant OTA’s or third party’s own cancellation, amendment and refund procedures may also apply. The Guest remains responsible for complying with those procedures where applicable. However, the Hotel Terms and this Cancellation Policy shall continue to apply in full to the Guest’s stay, including our rights in relation to refusal of check-in, no-shows, conduct, identification, card verification and occupancy.
Back to Top ↑3. Refunds
We shall be under no obligation to provide any refund, rebooking, credit note, waiver, date change or other concession, although we may choose to do so in a particular case at our sole discretion and without creating any obligation to do so in any other case.
Where a refund is expressly agreed by us, it shall be processed in accordance with the timelines of the relevant banking institution, card issuer or payment provider. We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by those third parties. To the extent permitted by law, refunds may be subject to deduction of any applicable administrative or processing charges properly notified to the Guest.
