> We don’t serve breakfast on-site — but you won’t miss it. Norfolk Square is surrounded by cafés, bakeries and restaurants, and Paddington’s vibrant food scene is just steps away. Ask us for our favourite local spots.

> Absolutely. We offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out — ideal if you’re catching a late train from Paddington.

> Children under 2 stay free using existing beds. Extra beds are available at £20 per person per night (maximum 1 per room).

      10Verified As a solo traveller, I LOVED this hotel. The rooms are very small, and there is no elevator, which was very hard on my knees as I was on the third floor, but the location and staff made it all worthwhile. Look, this is not a super fancy hotel - it is where you stay when you know you are going to be exploring London for 10-12 hours each day and just need a place to sleep and wash up. It is located a very short block from Paddington Station which made it ideal for getting anywhere I wanted to go. The restaurants around the area were all delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were so kind and helpful, they truly made my stay a wonderful experience, and it is definitely where I will be staying when I return. Again - it is nothing fancy, and if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator, but the staff and atmosphere made it the top of my list pf places I stayed while in Europe. ☺Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
